Got 3 minutes to fix your back?

Here’s the exercise > click this link to just cut to the chase!

“What else can I do to help it?”  Probably the #1 question I get.  That’s usually a hard question for me to answer because my suggestion could be too much for one person and too little for the next one.

However, there is one exercise that I always recommend.  It’s simple.  It’s free.  And, most importantly, it really works!  All you need is a place to sit and a few minutes to go through the motions.  It simulates the full range of motion that our grandparents and ancestors used to get in their daily work, but that we miss out on between our desks and automobiles.

Rules:

1 – you need to do as many reps as you are old of each of these three movements.  Unfortunately as the years go on it takes more energy to keep our heads above water – so a 60 year old spine needs more movement than a 20 year old spine.

2 – only move as far and as fast as you can comfortably.  This exercises is about quality and NOT speed.

3 – like everything else that’s good for you, you should make a habit of this BEFORE you need it.  But that’s a topic for another email…

P.S. – In case you’re wondering, No, that’s not me in the video.  He’s a friend of mine and I hope he doesn’t mind my sending people to his YouTube channel 🧐.  I just wanted to get this out to you guys before I wasted time trying to film my own.  It’d probably turn out like this stolen meme…

P.P.S. – True to the promise in the title, this post was less than 238 words.  They say the average American can read 238 words per minute – so I’ve kept this email under 1 minute of reading time.

So next time you see a 1 minute wellness post; open it!  It’ll be well worth it 💪

What is “Subluxation”?

The “Vertebral Subluxation Complex” is the only thing that chiropractors diagnose or treat. When you walk in complaining of back pain, or asthma, or infertility, or high blood pressure, or hormone problems…the chiropractor doesn’t really need to know that. While he...

Do You Sit Too Much?

Do You Sit Too Much?

Do you have to sit ALL THE TIME ?! Sitting by itself is hard enough on your body to cause back pain all by itself.  Guess that means everybody that drives or uses a computer for work is doomed… At least, that’s what most people think. The fact is tho - you can still...
